CADAL (www.cadal.org) is one of the leading reform-oriented think tanks in Argentina. It is a non-profit, non-partisan, private foundation with the mission of promoting democratic values, and Spanish publisher of the BTI in Spanish.

He is the author of a number of publications related to access to information, anticorruption policy and good governance, accountability and transparency, e-Governance and e-Democracy, open data, civil service and public administration, media and internet.
